Rolls-Royce, despite the popular belief that it does not have commercials, does; with one of the first to gain popularity being the RollsRoyce Ghost commercial.
Rolls-Royce, as is the case with some of the popular luxury name brands, is often believed to not have any commercials. The misconception is premised on the belief that, as a luxury car brand, it does not need to advertise its new ranges because its clientele would be notified.
However, several reports have dismissed the suggestion. One such report claimed to have found a newspaper advertisement put out by Rolls-Royce in the 1920s.
More recently, in 2018, the brand released a commercial for the Rolls-Royce Phantom. However, the real surprise was in 2009, when Rolls-Royce made a commercial for the Rolls-Royce Ghost.
More than just a commercial, the Rolls-Royce Ghost had an entire marketing campaign to drive sales, which is believed to have significantly contributed to its current popularity.
